The newly developed NC Dovetailer from YOW CHERNG features high automation and humanization and is easy to operate and easy to set up. It’s designed to meet those who require precise and efficient dovetailed tenon/ mortise production.

1. Equipped with an advanced NC computer control featuring userfriendly operation interface, and is fast and easy to set up.
2. Cuts dovetailed tenons/mortises simultaneously to ensure high jointing accuracy.
3. Maximum width of workpiece:600mm.
4. Driven by a high speed servo motor in combination with the use of ball screw and linear guideway.
5. Highly rigid machine structure ensures maximum stability.
6. The spindle is driven by a highfrequency motor with high speed up to 20,000 rpm. Spindle speed is adjustable to suit various wood conditions.
7. The machine is equipped with an intelligent lubrication system. In case of lack of oil, an alarm will arise and the machine stops automatically.
