• Precisely Calibrate and polish solid wood, suitable for different shapes as follow:
• Rectangle shape, Circle shape, Oval shape, and asymmetric pattern. Maximum workpiece thickness is 1300mm and minimum 250mm thanks to the vacuum system integrated in the machine.
• Integrated 82 Sensors, detecting rough positions on the surface of workpiece and communicating with other systems of machine.
• Each piano key controls 2 Sensors during the operation.
• Equipped with special Motor which save electricity 4 times.
• Computer controller is equipped with Ethernet for long distance analysis of malfunctions and assistance directly from the technicians.
• Automatically shutdown feature in case of malfunction during operation, or improper operation (Open machine door while machine is running).
• The electronic segmented pad are driven by magnetic coils which are able to vary the force of each shoe stepless while a workpiece passes the pressure beam. The selective pressure control adapts to asymmetric parts and the pressure may also be controlled asymmetrically.
