SPECIAL CHAIN FEED

– The feed machanism employs a link chain which is especially ideal for feeding short wood and ensures extremely stable feesing performance.

– The feed chain is manufacuured from high quality steel, hardened and precision ground for maximun wear resistance.

– The feed chain is loaded by eight air cylinders, assuring extermety stable and smooth feeding.

– Loading pressure on the feed chain chain is conveniently adjusted by a single airpressure requlator.

• The table surface is made up of high ductile cast iron. The cutterhead guard plate is made of HSS steel and vacuum heat treated, hard chrome plated and precision ground for smooth wear resistance.
• Elevation, cutter adjustment, lubrication and maintenance are all conveniently processed at the front of the machine, saving time and labor.
• The machine is equipped with overload protection device for cutters. If an overload occurs, the feeding motor and all cutters will stop within 3 seconds, providing safety to the operator and extending the service life of the machine.

VARIABLE FEED SPEED The workpiece feed speed is controlled by a variable speed unit for variable speed change, making this machine ideal for planing tall types of wood material.	AUTOMATIC LUBRICATOR * The machine is equipped with an automatic lubricator, providing lubrication to the feed chain. It not only ensures smooth feed at all times, but also extends the service life of the feed chain.* Lubrication oil flow is adjustable.	AIR LOADED PRESSURE PLATES The front and rear pressure plates for the top horizontal cutterhead are loaded by air cylinders. Air pressure can be adjusted by independent pressure regulator.

FE-100 AUTOMATIC FEEDER (OPTIONAL)Designed for greatly upgrading efficiency, this automatic feeder is used for replacing manual feed of wood. It is ideal for feeding short wood, while fully eliminating a potential accident to the operator.* Conveyor belt feed. * Conveyor belt is driven by a frequency inverter.
