OUTSTANDING FEATURES:

• The pneumatic feeding rollers clamp timber smoothly and utilize synchronous drive through a gearbox reducer, for powerful and precise stock feed. Feed speed can be infinitely adjusted.
• The vertical and forward/reverse adjustment for all spindles can be operated from the front of the machine, saving work time.
• The working table is made of robust alloy steel cast iron, and the protecting plate of cutter is made of vacuum treated, precision ground, high speed steel.
• The cutting spindle can be lubricated from the front of the machine, providing ease of maintenance.
• Newly designed pneumatic feed of oil lubrication to the table surface allows for the easy feeding of any kind of lumber.
• Equipped with overload protection for cutting spindle. If an overload occurs, the feeding motor will stop lumber feed and after 3 seconds, all cutting spindles stop as well, providing safety and ensuring a long machine life.

LIFTABLE AUXILIARY FEED ROLLER *The right spindle is equipped with an auxiliary feed roller which can be lifted through air cylinder, providing convenient tool changing or setting. This increases working effi	MAXIMUM TABLE WEAR RESISTANCE *The cutterhead guard plate is manufactured from high speed steel, vacuum heat treated. The entire table surface is hard chrome plated for maximum wear resistance.*The table surface has a pneumatically activated forced lubrication device. This permits feeding with ease even for wet material.
POSITIVE FEED EFFECT *The feeding mechanism consists of multiple air loaded feed rollers combined with lower rollers transmitted by universal joint shafts. The upper and lower rollers are driven synchronously to assure superior feeding effect. (FE-620T)	CENTRALIZED CONTROL PANEL *All machine motion controls are centralized on one control panel for operation convenience and easy identification.	GROOVED TABLE *Especially ideal for short stock machining. The grooved table is optional.
